The biggest differentiator is the knowledge from years of experience in handling complicated investment products and tax situations. Many of our clients are extremely financially savvy, e.g., hedge fund managers, CPAs, investment bankers, and tech firm executives, etc. Yet they still find our knowledge adds tremendous value to them, especially with equity compensation (RSU, ISO, NQSO), concentrated positions, trusts, complex investments, and businesses.
The second differentiator is the experience we deliver to our clients. Out of all our clients, 95% of them we have never met in person. However, fortunately we helped them tackle their financial problems so well that they decided to stay with us.
